Djeran Danjoo Koorliny Festival 2025: Celebrating Indigenous Economic Development
Event Dates: May 2025 ranging from the 4th to the 14th May 2025
Location: Poolgarla Parklands, Kings Park
Introduction
The Djeran Danjoo Koorliny Festival 2025 is a vibrant celebration of Indigenous economic development, aiming to foster collaboration, empowerment, and innovation within Indigenous communities. We invite Indigenous businesses to participate in this significant event by providing essential services and supplies.
Opportunities for Participation
We are seeking expressions of interest from businesses in the following areas:
1. Catering Services
Provide food and beverages for various festival events, including the Summit, Gala Dinner and Full Moon Ceremony. This could include food truck and market style food options such as juices, coffees, sweet and savoury treats.

2. Artists and Performers
Showcase your artistic talents through performances, exhibitions, and interactive workshops.

3. Market Stall Vendors
Small business owners with goods for sale such as clothing, jewellery, art, food and beverages, homewares, toys, etc. Must be a registered business and able to sell directly to the public at the event from a market stall set up.

4. Artist Installations and Sculptures
Artists and/or sculptures that can collaborate with event organisers to create original art/sculpture pieces that are visually engaging and exciting. Please submit examples of previous work, public activations and/or installations.

5. Photographers and Videographers
Event related photo and videographer required to capture each Danjoo Koorliny event.

6. Security Services
Provide security services to ensure the safety of attendees.

7. Cleaning Services
Offer cleaning services before, during, and after the festival events.

8. Fencing
Supply and install fencing for event areas.
.
9. Portable Toilets
Supply and maintain portable toilets for the duration of the festival.

10. Other Event-Related Services
Any other services that can contribute to the successful execution of the festival (e.g., transportation, logistics, equipment rental).

Interested businesses are invited to submit their EOI, including the following details:
