Introduction
In the course of managing registrations to the Danjoo Koorliny 2025 (the Event) we need to collect personal information from you in order to issue you with tickets, provide you with important information and updates about the Event and inform others about the requirements you may have in relation to your attendance at the Event (the Services). This consent tells you about the data we collect and store.
Who manages the data collected?
Data is managed by Danjoo Koorliny, Centre for Social Impact, The University of Western Australia, M098, 35 Stirling Highway, Whadjuk Noongar Boodja, Crawley, WA, 6009, Australia
Why is my personal data being collected?
Your data is collected so that we can provide the Services to you. We collect your personal data in order to register your attendance at the Event, send you important information and updates about the Event via email and or telephone and give information to others about your requirements such as dietary requirements, special needs and other personal information which is relevant to the Event.
Who might receive my personal data?
We only share your personal data with people or organisations that require the data to provide the Services to you such Westpac Bank in relation to payments.
How long will my personal data be stored?
We do not store credit card details. Other personal data will be stored for the duration of the event and for a maximum of 12 months after the event.
What are my rights in relation to the data collected?
You may:
1. Request to see the data we have stored.
2. Make a complaint to us about how we have collected or handled your data.
3. Withdraw your consent to the collection and retention of your data.
If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue to provide the Services to you.
DECLARATION
I give permission for images in which I, and/or my child/ward, appear to be used by Danjoo Koorliny for publications and public relations activities. In particular, I note that this may include use in print and electronic media, including the Internet and official social media platforms.

With structured speaker hubs, immersive cultural spaces, a business expo, and closed-door investment platform, the Summit creates space for the ideas, enterprises, and partnerships that will shape the next chapter of First Nations futures.
